These Terms govern all use of the Converd platform operated by Katharina Weiser (“Provider”).

The Service is offered at https://converd.app.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Converd provides AI-powered software tools, including:

• chat agents
• embedded widgets
• analytics and productivity features
• automation tools

The Service uses third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI).

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. No guarantee is provided for accuracy or suitability.

Users may register via email/password or OAuth (e.g., Google).

Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

Payments are processed via Stripe:

• subscriptions renew automatically
• billing is upfront
• cancellation is possible via dashboard

Users may not:

• use the Service for illegal purposes
• upload unlawful or infringing content
• attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the system
• bypass technical protections

Users retain ownership of their data.

Users grant the Provider the right to process and store data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

If the widget is used on external websites:

• the website operator is responsible for legal compliance
• users must be informed where required by law

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is provided.

The Provider may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

No liability is assumed for:

• AI output errors
• indirect damages
• data loss or business interruption

Liability remains unaffected in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Accounts may be terminated in case of:

• violation of these Terms
• non-payment

German law applies.
